John Souza
John Souza was born and raised in central California and was a California Highway Patrol Officer for 13 years before entering the jewelry business in Santa Clara in 1980.

It was here he created his unique style of offering his clients personalized shopping and customer service in a salon atmosphere. After 15 years as President of A. John Souza & Co., Diamonds Inc., John sold his interest and opened Absolute Brilliance, now Anthony John Jewelers.

John and his wife, Carol, have been host parents for the Rotary Youth Exchange program and have hosted 12 students from 11 different countries -  since 1995.

Susan Cox
Susan Cox, John's business associate for 17 years, is an active board member with the Northern California Womens Jewelry Association. Having acquired her A.J.P. (G.I.A.), the Accredited Jewelry Professional diplomas through G.I.A. (Gemological Institute of America) Susan increases her knowledge in the ever-changing and exciting world of jewelry by attending additional G.I.A. classes, G.I.A. alumni events and National jewelry show seminars.
